DOT Drug tests are regulated by the US Department of Transportation. They can be performed Randomly, Reasonable suspicion, Pre-Employment, Post Accident, Follow Up, Return To Duty. While DOT Drug testing usually requires a Urine Collection, NON-DOT Drug test can use Saliva, Hair, or Blood. DOT Drug testing test for a wide range of drugs like Marijuana, Cocaine, Opiates – opium and codeine derivatives, Amphetamines and methamphetamines, Phencyclidine – PCP

PRE OP TESTING
Before undergoing surgery, patients often go through a number of tests which includes blood work. Pre-operative testing is usually done during the few weeks leading up to the surgery date. Patients are required to do testing to determine potential complications and analyze overall health.
